New measuring machine since May 2006
„Since 1927 precision and quality stand in the center of our work “. This Slogan primarily documents the way we succeeded to satisfy the requirements of our customers: New investments in measuring and inspection devices as well as in the 2D measuring machine ZKM-150 Zeiss and the 3D coordinate measuring machine were made to fulfill these quality requirements. Our 3D coordinate measuring technique was replaced by the CNC controlled bridge type measuring machine LH 65 with increased accuracy. It offers in the air-conditioned measuring room automated and highly precise test procedures also for form and position tolerances, a good repetition accuracy and makes the comparability of the results of measurement with customer and supplier possible. The integrated software facilitates the documentation and traceability of the measured values for us by means of data base and support of making inspection certificates and/or test reports in accordance with DIN EN 10024, customized versions or in accordance with VDA. The LH 65 has a measuring volume of X= 600 mm, Y = 1200 mm, Z = 500 mm. 2 coworkers were trained in the training center of the company Wenzel in Wiesthal.
